Welcome to Procurement Assessment Survey

The purpose of this survey is to assess your procurement function against leading practices, identify key gaps and areas for improvement. Define your maturity level and compare it with the peers in your region and industry. This is a self-assessment survey, please try to provide as accurate information as possible, the result will depend on your data.

Survey consists of three parts:

1. Key facts: five open questions about your current procurement strategy, organisational model, challenges and IT.

2. Key metrics: seven questions to understand the size of your company and procurement function.

3. Capability assessment: maturity level evaluation across 31 processes and capabilities in nine domains:

All questions in the survey are mandatory, feel free to add any comments in additional fields if you want to provide more details or can't answer the question properly.
Approximate time to complete the survey is 20-30 minutes.

Once the survey is complete, we will send you the results. You can see an example of an Assessment Results Report here.
As a follow-up to the Assessment Results Report, we will schedule a meeting with you to go over the results in more detail and answer your questions. We are happy to discuss with you the most critical gaps in your organisation and possible solutions to address them.
